Soy Candle Fragrance Oils Last Longer – Say No to Alcohol Scents
Did you know?
Not all candle scents are created equal?

How to make Soy Container Candles
When you are looking to buy your candle scents, and you are interested in having a scented soy candle that will have a long lasting fragrance it’s important to know - not all candle scents have been created equal.
Not to bash any candle fragrance sellers, but buyers do your homework. Beware the seller who is buying top quality fragrances and cutting them. Don’t hesitate to ask what % is fragrance. What are they cutting them with? In fact, I want to know, why are they cutting their fragrance scents down in the first place.

Remember Making Delicious Smelling Scented Soy Candles Requires A Top Quality Scent!
I make sure whatever I purchase is a pure oil scent, or an essential oil of the highest quality, or grade available.
There is a reason. Anytime you use an alcohol based scent, the alcohol quickly burns off and evaporates from the heat emitted when the candle is burning. Not long afterwards, you will be sitting there scratching your head, and wondering what happened to the wonderful fragrance that was there “only yesterday”.
Don’t waste your hard earned money on alcohol cut fragrances!
So buyer beware. Don’t learn the hard way by trying to save money. You truly get what you pay for when it comes to candle fragrances for making your own scented soy candles. A properly made scented soy candle will be good to the last drop.
Remember candle safety, never burn a candle to the bottom of a glass container, because it can explode when exposed to heat extremes. See soy candle safety for more information.
