Valentine's Day Scented Soy Candle Centerpiece

If you want to entice your special person, and add romance to the Valentine’s Day candlelight dinner, or add spice to the bedroom ambiance when you want to make it into a night to remember; perhaps you will want to consider making ultra-special pheromone enhanced scented soy candles.

To make these ultra-special scented soy wax candles you will want to buy a pheromone for the sex you want to improve attraction to. The pheromone Androstenone makes women more attracted to a man. Androstenol is the pheromone women secrete making them attract more men.

Unfortunately, the way natural pheromones are released from our body is by sweating. The evolutionary process of sexual attraction is hindered by bathing because we wash away our natural pheromones. Even worse, the deodorant you are using clogs the pores Androstenone and Androstenol are released from; our sweat glands. It is during the sweating process Androstenol is produced by women, and Androstenone is produced by men. Human pheromones are only produced in minute quanities, and natural pheromones do not last for any length of time.

Be sure if you buy online to research the reputation of the sellers. I have seen some that were quite outstanding, and some that were not so reputable. Also, check the strength, because they can vary significantly. To help, I looked at the potency of one reputable seller, their potency in one item of Androstenone was (5mg per 10ml) and for Androstenol + Copulins (11mg per 10ml).

What happens when a pheromone is burned? The pheromones are released into the air, just like the candle scent is released. Woman tend to be more sexually attracted to a man when Androstenone is released into the air, and attracting men to women is stimulated with Androstenol.  I add 0.5 mg of each to soy votive candle, and keep then sealed when not in use to keep the candle scent from evaporating.

Since 50% of the population will not be able to smell the pheromones, you will have to watch to see responses. Testing has shown it can cause flushing of cheeks in women. Adding pheromones in different concentrations into candles can make things more passionate between a couple, and enhance a romantic setting. Pheromones applied directly to the skin can elicit even stronger responses. (Which won’t be discussed here.)

Everyone responds differently to different pheromones. So you may need to test out different kinds that are available, and see how each person responds. I have seen both his and her versions of pheromones sold, so you may want to shop around.

To make my special pheromone enhanced candles, I am using a candle scent I am particularly fond of called “Love Spell,” referred to by the distributor as a “Victoria Secret Type” scent. The candle’s essence is comprised of white musk undertones, minute suggestions of raspberries, fresh peaches, and strawberries overlaid with a sweet bouquet made from tangerine, mandarin orange, and bergamot.

So now you understand the basics. I usually leave color out of my candles, since I am adding the pheromone which are typically oil based, and a candle scent on top of the pheromone(s). (Again you will need to test because less fragrance may be called for since you will be burning the candles closer to you than perhaps you normally would.) When you make your soy candles following directions for whatever soy wax candle type you choose, add your pheromones when you would normally add your fragrance. (Adding candle fragrance is optional) Remove the wax from the stove, add the fragrance and the pheromone oil at the same time, stirring both in well. Pour the cooling wax into your selected pre-wicked candle mold. Let your soy candles cure for a minimum of 24 hours, I prefer 48 hours myself, to let the molecular structure of the soy candle wax adhere to the additives, producing the highest quality.

Don’t forget, personalize those dinner napkins, cards, or white paper packages with red lipstick kisses just to hint! Perhaps fill a ice bucket and have a bottle of champagne chilled. You might even want to have  glasses full of fresh strawberries, or peaches. And most of all, don’t forget to have your pheromone enhanced scented soy candles strategically positioned and ready to light when the time is right!
